Intéressant. Il faut toutefois faire attention à ne pas vouloir trouver une technique derrière chaque mouvement. Certains mouvements ne constituent que de la récupération. A l'inverse, il faut se contenter des techniques contenues dans le kata et ne pas en rajouter. Le fait d'en rajouter démontre la faiblesse du bunkai qui a été imaginé.

The Bunkai for this kata is difficult to explain at times. This video is good representation of the techniques and still remain inside the Kata as much as possible. I can now understand what some karate people see. Keep up the good work.

this is how applicatiosn are used moron...these guys are just breaking it down so u can see moves that happen under half a second that u can never see. and do u really think there guys would be so merciful to a guy on the street? im sure there kumities are 100 times better. kata is only a representation of 1 percent of really what they can do if they were fighting for life

Bunkai should be meaner. Why do you guys use your elbows so rarely? And do you really think people attack like this on the street? And do you think they keep their arms stretched out after they've punched? I really like the throwing techniques though.
