I'm sure I saw David Byrne sing this in a film. I have no recollection of what the film was but I do recall him wearing a stetson, sitting in a convertible, pointing to a row of new houses and saying: "Who can say this isn't beautiful?"

"City of Dreams" was the play-out track of the film.

@CinnAlla Great movie, called "True Stories", I adore the slide guitar at the end of the City of Dreams song. True Stories is a great Talking Heads album too.
