My opinion is that this monk is funded by a NGO to twist the Pure Therawadhi Buddhism and destroy the recent uprising loyalty towards pure Buddhism. The things he talks are not in the Tripitakaya although he sometimes refers to the Thripitakaya in his talks. He, with no loyalty to Govthama-Buddha but to Mithree-Buddha, is dragging himself into a dangerous situation. I am commenting this with Mithreeya to those who may drag down with him (only)
