You know, some of you people keep on bashing on him for using "steroids" when you dumbasses need to realize that 90% of his competition were using "steroids" as well. Also, taking "steroids" alone will not make you bigger and stronger. In actuality, you need to work twice as hard to get the results. It just helps you work that much harder and revive faster. Maybe if you people took the time to educate yourself, you wouldn't be wasting your time hating on successful people such as Arnold.

@kill3rcr3w probably to much protein man. 1st of all you eat as much protein as you're body needs and no more for e.g i am 80 kg of lean mass not much fat if any i take about 1.4 grams of protein per kilo gram of body weight per day same sites will tell you 1.8 i can confirm this is wrong (1.4) is correct so that would be 112 grams of protein a day FOR ME. according to that 132 gram amount you are a 94 kilo man THAT is massive man i can safely say at the age of 16 you aint that big.
