I dont think those people are related to the romanov at all; but there is a crowd of real romanovs over the world. Archduchess Olga, sister of Nicholas the second moved to Canada with her 2 sons and Archduchess Xenia who was married to a first cousin (another Romanov) left with her husband 6 sons to France; her daughter and her husband also lived in Paris and had children.
