My first trip to New York City highlight was the Nintendo store. It was during the release of Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver. I got Soul Silver and was a happy kid for my 6 hour flight back to California. :) Fun times!

We've still got one of those original Nintendo game systems. The big box that you could fix just by blowing air into it? They were amazing! My parents bought it in 1989 or 1990 and it just stopped working three years ago. We haven't thrown it away yet b/c once in a blue moon we can still get a game out of it.
