I would stay away from these seminars. My wife (now ex-wife) went to a Learning Annex Seminar in 2006 where Sylver was one of the speakers.

He, like other "motivational speakers" and "coaches", gets you to take baby steps. He promoted his $1500 seminar like it was the secret to getting rich. I got sucked in to buying it after my wife (now ex-wife) got called on stage to be "reprogrammed for wealth". 

All he did at the $1500 seminar was promote the $5000 seminar called The Next Level.

It was joke. During his "hypnosis" session, he made everybody close their eyes while he turned down the lights. I didn't feel like I was in a trance, so I opened my eyes to find out that it wasn't even Sylver talking to the audience anymore. He put on a CD to "hypnotize" everybody, so he could take a break.

@maplesterrei Though I don't agree that Wikipedia is a good source of information, I do agree that Marshal is not living from integrity. We need to keep ourselves safe from mind manipulation.

@videooptimize Though that's all nice and dandy, on a first-hand experience I noticed people getting very manipulated in the fallacy of greed. IT was mostly about greed and indiivduals eventually LOST themselves. Hypnosis is not always a bad thing, but when it gets to the point where YOU don't control yourself, then it's just someone elses thoughts in your head; and most people aren't aware of it.... BECAUSE they are HYPNOTISED. Be careful.

@maplesterrei I have been to his seminars, and honestly I saw people around me going deep into their ego, I saw them losing themselves and becoming animals. He was manipulating our head, not inspiring. People afterwards, my friends and family eventually snapped out of it and were really grateful they did snap out. He's really not trust-worthy, I wouldn't trust anyone with manipulating my mind. The only one that should be in control of you is YOU and your heart.

Oh, one other thing. Marshall did get me laid at Turning Point in Orlando. It was after turning point was over and a group of us were having dinner next to the conference center and Marshall and his crew happened to be having dinner at the same place so we all hung out. There was a russian girl in our group I had flirted lightly with but Marshall got her going after wards and I left with her (Mashall was with his girl). That's another good thing you learn at turning point.

I was a Marshall Sylver student. Paid 6 or 7k in training. Those who think I'm lying, I was there for the wood block trick, fire eating, walking on broken glass, and the story about how his first home was a chicken coop.

The value in Marshall Sylver training is in watching how he sells and learning to sell like him. He's a salesman and you'll learn to be a good one too. Will you be a millionaire because of him? No, but you will be a better salesman.

Just one on the many "Turning Point" mantras that I learned while there in March, 2009 ... "In life, you'll have one of two pains. The pain of discipline or the pain of regret". Not everyone will benefit from his teachings. Some people are too resistant, just like with any great mentor, guide, shaman, etc. "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear". For me, that was the exact case.

What Marshall Sylver teaches in all his very expensive seminars for prosperity is almost identical to what is taught in all the Religious Science Churches ( also Divine Science and Unity and other New Thought Churches ), and the fee's in these churches are "extremely" much less expensive.

This is absoultely criminal, Marshall is a convicted criminal for fraud in 1992 and also counterfiting, 3 magazines have run expose's on him, yet people go to his seminars.

The testimonials are by his apprentices.

Can you trust this guy just look at him , looks like a mafia type but hes more sneaky than them, at least they tell you the'll rob you instead of promising you the impossible

Sad that this world has people that will rob and steal from good folk who just need a little help.

Heres a good piece of advice, buy Tony Robbins Unlimted Power, it has all you could ever need on this subject, and Tony is a good honest nice guy, unlike Marshall Sylver the criminal

I've visited Marshall Sylver Event The Turning Point and it was an absolutely incredible life changing experience and i would highly recommend others to do so. I have a few of his programs and listen often and the advice and materials are second to none. I have a very extensive library and Marshall Sylver is a great man that delivers tremendous value. Communication is for use. What you focus on expands. It's time for all of us to transcend to the next level. Thanks Marshall Sylver!
