@guitarboy1259 Hi mate, I use an audio interface to go with garageband. So my instrument wether it be guitar drums piano etc. goes directly into the interface, and the interface directly into my mac recording in garageband, if that makes sense? Thats how I recorded my instruments, and then used garageband to mix/master the recording. Paul.

My guitar goes straight into the interface, and my sound system goes straight into the headphone input as monitors are on my 'next to buy' list :-)
