  • At first I LMFAO... Because I said, it swings around fast and sloppy, JUST LIKE A STREET FIGHTER, I said yeah, this is good, it teaches you to react to a unpredictable opponent! You had no idea where those arms were gonna go, it's good for reflex and timing and you get a great cordio workout! Those arms act like a crazy guy swinging wild and sloppy, while it's not good for working on your proper form, it will get you ready for the real deal.

  • Hahhahahhaha that thing look like spongebob!!! Wiggling n stuff hahahaha

  • lol ^^ nice one

  • Disastrous! Not very practical training equipment. That thing bounces around like a piñata. Good luck with that one. I'll stick to a stationary hardwood mook Jong.

  • i got a great idea for a wc pinata!

  • You need to market that. I'd go to your website and buy one right now. After thirty years of beating on wood that looks like it could be fun and different.

  • look pretty unique only thing i would do is stabilize it a bit more so it isnt that wild cause slow is smooth and smooth is fast.

  • almost like a speed bag...opponents move when u really hit them and they move unconventionally ( nice cross training tool)...its a good concept but looks pretty terrible...but then again W.C. is seldom for looks. I would like to see the Dummy improved. Best Wishes-

  • Interesting, and good for him.

  • Ridiculous...it is just TOO "dynamic" to be an actual opponent.

  • great idea ,, Ive got to make one ... any help on what you made it of ,parts ?

  • too loose

  • what is that?

  • am really liking the concept of this. Have been looking for something such as this How can i put one o these together? Please help. Many thanks

  • That's the worst thing I have ever seen hahahaha I would knock you spark out

  • man, you mean it?

  • ya i would like to know wher u can get one of these too

  • Where can I get one of these? Any info would help. Thanks.

  • ...MA is not acheiveable if you go about it like solving a puzzle, if no-one shows you the way you could spend weeks struggling with simple concepts, and pick up bad habits along the way. Hope you find a good class, get better, and enjoy yourself in the process.

  • ....try making a fast, strong hook by moving the back of your hand towards your forearm, and simply pushing the arm inside this hook. I could go on but I figure thats enough for you to think about (AND practice well). If you're having trouble understanding this, ask a legitimate martial arts instructor(usually males are much better), who will help you take your MA to new levels, if you will only let them, nowadays for a pretty reasonable price...

  • ...bounce away like the dummy. Try pullting one foot forwards (but not past 45 degree's or your back arm will loose range) left leg forwards if you are right handed (and vice versa). The bottom "arm" is aimed at your sternum, why would an attacker attempt to crack your ribs, when he could walk in to your vitals from a little way underneath? At around 0:30 outwards (left>right with your right hand) moving of the dummys "arms" is feeling akward yes? rather then gripping the arm(slow/weak).....

  • Its realy great to see that you've made the effort to build a dummy, and by all means keep at it, but you'd benefit alot more from attending a good martial arts class every week or so. You should then see a real improvement because people will tell wou when you're doing something wrong, and your bad habits wont become second nature. Your stance (foot/leg position) for example will not support you when you're faced with force from in front eg punching someone with a solid stance that wont.....

  • hi my name is tez . i am low buget . that is so neat. i never seen one like that before. i would like to have one of those . if possable. great moves man .

  • Looks like your training for a Bitch Slapping competition.

  • Sign me up for one I'm willing to try it but I will be totally honest on how it works.

  • the dummy is stationary so YOU learn to move around a fixed point without letting the opponent feel it by overly pressing on his arm. Your device may keep your hands occupied but you are not learning or refining the type of energy that the dummy is intended to help you understand. I mean no offense but i would still like to get one to hang in my school so my nephews can play with it.

  • Another crappy training aid nobody needs. What do you think you learn from that? You neither learn to move yourself nor to move an resisting opponent. Learn Wing Chun propperly before "inventing" stupid gadgets.

  • i love the concept for your dynamic dummy. i am going to start training within the next couple of weeks.. how much is the dummy?..i am willing to purchase one!!!

  • Hey, I wan't one too!!, nice Pak Sau and punch by the way, I like how the moving action resembles the lateral movements in an an opponents blast.

  • Hey where did you get that dummy? I want one!

Looks a litte loose tho.. the more solid.. the more human like it will be. your opponent wont be flailing in the wind heh

  • Its designed and made by me. It looks loose because it is dynamic. Just as a human will move when touched, so does the dummy. I wanted to practice moving, blocking and attacking so that it becomes second nature and dynamic dummy does it for me. Others may find the wooden dummy works for them! I will not sell you one but give you one. Practice and let me know how good you have become. I will be in touch

  • its true you should never forget that all human creatures are move

but that is something you learn later after you perfect the form, just like training finger tips till they are rock hard, you leran the style first THEN think about the conditioning THEN think about how to connect with the opponent

this method your using is not useful, a wooden dummy is harder and more structure (like a stance) if you hit it and get use to it, it your joints will be firmer and sturdier

  • the way your training is not smart, all your strength is dispersed, and if you won in a fight it would be becaues of your body size and strength, nothing to do with style, or skill

besides you can't even use it for low kicks

plus you cannot mimic REAL life situations 100percent, this dummy is just wobbling in one spot. Your over analyzing too much

i mean can it train your mind? your busy thinking style then a opponent rushes you and before you know it your on the floor

  • @narr25 give me one too please!

  • @TheLynx7 but then again coz of the way its moving its always moving at a different angle so that can improve your rection aswell, but the stiffness of the dummy will improve you of conditioning your arms and etc

  • @TheLynx7 hahahahah LOL
