@divinaHOPE you dont have to use primer, all it does.is make your eyeshadow last longer and more vibrant

to make your liquid liner last longer, take some black eyeshadow and pat it on top of the liquid liner. Learned this trick from Kandee Johnson (also on youtube), it really works.

Do you have to use a primer ?? Beacause I don't have one and I was wondering if it was nessicary I also hate putting liquid eyeliner on the top so I just put eueliner on the waterline . As you can tell I'm nit very good at this hole makeup thing .. D:

Gosh i love elf, everything is soo inexpensive and adorable! I got amazing liquid eyeliner for only 1$. When i first started i did liquid liner on both of my my lashlines and a cat eye, it was a little much for a beginer but it was adorable. did you ever do mascara first? that's always the first thing i do after moisturizer. but every beauty guiru i watch does the mascara pretty much last. but i do one coat of mascara first thing and then eye shadow and all that jazz. and yeah sometimes eye shodow get on my lashes but afterwards i just do my second coat and it's all good. that's the way i've always done my makeup, but do you think i'm giving myself more work by doing mascara first rather than last?
