  • @jaidaphire I've been watching him for a long time and he is ONLY fidgety when he is shooting promos or giving little summaries about what just happened in a kitchen or in a contest...all the other time he is calm and collected...on talk shows, in interviews, during unscripted moments.

  • @cmv1234321 I think you were looking for "sweet" lols Otherwise sweat means something less than savoury. ^^ Cinnamon does not convey a "sweet" flavour- it's just used so often in conjunction with sugar and in so many sweet dishes/preparations. Hope that helps- cheers :D

  • @hennesitabella Try working in a professional kitchen as a line cook. Make sure that the restaurant you work for does at least 100 covers during dinner service and you'll see why he looks like he's on coke during these cooking videos. You'll also learn why he manages to touch steaming hot dishes without flinching. It's a combination of callouses and getting used to the heat.

  • Why would you ever use a de-boned leg of lamb? He must be doing it "for the kids". The flavour of the meat is so much more intense if you cook lamb on the bone.

  • i'd use some sesame seed oil (not alot) with those spices and a small amount of oyster and soy sauce and i would use some curry powder (a table spoon) yum

  • @MrMGD92 Oh. Well Bacon Bits is a brand name here in the states. It's little preserved bacon pieces in a bottle that fat people sprinkle on salad to make it esculent.

That doesn't look like his from the Fword..His house in england has 2 kitchens..the downstairs "test kitchen" that is his main one and the house's one that his wife uses ...and that kitchen from what i can remember has the stove in the center of the room not against the wall..so is this a friend/relative or just a second home of his at another location? Anyone know the answer?
