@Brady2k10 Mace Windu killed him, because, if you remember correctly his jetpack wasn't functional and he was wounded from the Reek. He had jetpack functionality during the fight against Obi-Wan. Boba Fett also survived the fall into the Sarlacc Pit, he set off a thermal detonator and crawled out.

However, this confirms that Word of God, Boba Fett survives.
