@tarah2001 Sorry but Kirk is definitely not a better soloist than Dave Mustaine. Kirk relies on effects like a crutch sometimes (not the early stuff obviously) but Dave has always just soloed out. As for Dime, well he's just fucking amazing.

@picassopainter2 dime uses effects that doesnt mean daves better. kirk doesnt rely on them it just enhances and its just a wah pedal. ppl always make a big deal but like you said the earlier didnt have effects. he dosnt have to use them really. dave is not better the kirk maybe around the same but kirks solos sound more clear well the earlier days i agree he uses affect to much but its not b/c he relies on them he just likes it that way go figure.

I am inclined to think that this was filmed in 1988 or 1989 while they were touring the "Power Metal" album. I was a regular at the Hard Roxx in Lawton, and got to play there quite a bit, and may have opened this show. Not for sure, Pantera played there alot back in the day. Got to know Dime back then, and may have been the coolest mf I ever meet. RIP. Your music will live forever

What I love about this song is that both guitars do the same riffs, and the solo is spread out. This gives you the ability to play this song with only one guitar, a base and drums! It's fuckin awsome! A trio playing seek and destroy! Wonderful cover, I just wish that it showed the entire song and that they took that stupid echo effect off of the vocals.
