I think for now, workout when you can... then when you have time try to do the workouts in the morning to start off your day...shower then put in a light breakfast...

Try getting the same vitamins from your vegetables. Calories would all be based around your lean muscle mass. This is the science...and being accurate here is another secret to losing weight. Following the menu from the clip, you should eat until satisfied. These foods are beneficial to your body.
not everyone is trying to loose fat or weight and so I was wondering if you could address bulking. Please don't just focus only on working out, but also how to eat. When I see your videos I'm mostly wondering how you got that big and that's what I want for myself. I want to be big.

Certain postures needed to get an effective workout will require a little quad strength. I would have one in my gym...but it depends on your goal...if you want to lose fat, this is not the one...you want something more aerobic and less anaerobic...
