  • Excellent series. Your sincerity and experience show in explaining the complex candida. I had a coworker that went on this diet years ago and she had complete results. So now, here I go.

  • COCONUT OIL is where it's at,it's a highly potent anti fungal and people from tropical islands;especially people in the phillipines have been eating it for hundreds of years as a part of their daily diet. I recommend buying the book coconut oil miracle by Dr Bruce fife, you can buy the book on amazon,i highly recommend coconut oil, it will give u alot of energy especially if u take enzymes with your meals. This way you won't have to suffer at all through the diet.

  • That's so weird! I gag on any kind of bread. Love it but choke on it. Once eating a bagle while driving had to pull over and vomit. I gave up bread (wheat) completely and no longer have that problem. Guess my body was trying to tell me something!

  • For itchy rashes get therapeutic skin cream from bioinnovations. It contains noni & beta glucans (active part of medicinal mushrooms) & other ingredients that helps to control the itch. Siunus cleanser will help to eradicate candida from your sinuses which usually re-infect your intestines if not attended to While your on that web site, order Dr. Beckers book called foundations for healing which has an extensive amount of info to help with anti candida diet, supplements list, food lists to a

  • One supplement i forgot was cordeceps sinensis.

  • Other supplements for candida are p-73 wild oil of oregano (liquid 4 drops under tongue 3x daily), or capsules, softgels, olive leaf extract (17% or higher oleauropein content), apple cider vinegar, paul d arco, garlic, astraglus, yeast defense, malic acid, mushroom complex(contains reishi, maitake, shitakie) don't take if allergic to mushrooms! Renu life 80 billion probiotics Syntol works also because it has probiotics (good intestinal flora) as well as prebiotics ( feeds the good flora & all

  • why do you let blank video run at end?

  • here we have words of wisdom.......and we are going to pay (can you say taxes?) for a national health care system, where no doctor will ever say to you "maybe you should try a "candida diet"." ..... this is not an easy diet, most would rather get a prescription from their doctor who is very happy to prescribe something.......thanks for the videos...a very condensed version would be VERY helpful.

  • Hello YahshuaTheKing, Can Kombucha, Kefir, Apple cider vinager and fermented vegetables kill candida? Fermented foods have probiotics as Kimchi does?

    Thanks

  • inulin is a prebiotic fiber and its food for good bacteria in the gut. its not expensive and you can add to anything food, beverages.

  • @mrsblue82 Is Inulin sweet? How does it taste and what does it add to the food in taste? Does it pose any problems for people with Candida? Is it possible to consume too much? Where do you get it?

  • do you know if Brown rice is OK. My naturopathic doctor said that it is. She also mentioned almond butter as a snack. thoughts?

    Thanks...

  • @needingfreedom When you are first trying to get Candida under control it is best to not consume so many carbs and brown rice has plenty. Stay away from all carbs at first. Later when you are feeling good then you can slowing consume some brown rice but not much. I've read that you should also avoid nuts.

  • Anyone ever tried Symbion?

  • Hi Yahshua, great videos. One of my symptoms is, after I eat a lot of sugar, starch, or bread, I start to gag and sometimes vomit. Is this related to the Candida?

  • @freegg888 Wow, I never heard of that, but such a strong reaction seems like your body is telling you that you need to take a break. Even if you don't have a candida over growth you can still go on the diet for a week or two to see how you feel.

  • @freegg888 I gag too I tried lemon juice with thyme in hot water... it seemed to give relief but then i like mars bars and chocolate so thats like suicide...If your gagging like me you need to take it seriously because the Drs remedies dont appear to work...

  • @Adam5Beast Great question. Yes my symptoms did come back after the first time I cured myself. The reason was my carelessness and thinking I could eat tons of sweets again. I was drinking soda, eating chocolate and cookies. It was like a bomb. but I immediately got on the diet again and then when I was cured again, I was wiser and now I just avoid sugar and very sweet things all together. I eat low sugar fruits now and complex carbs and I feel good. I just don't eat cookies, cake and cake

  • And Alcohol?

  • @Julibizz Sorry no beer, wine or any alcoholic drinks until you are almost 100%. And then I would still never go over board and don't combine alcohol with too many other carbohydrates.

  • @YahshuaTheKing I keep on hearing that Vodka can be a good choice, it is, in fact, the most destilled alcohol form there is out there and contains no sugar, and the other good thing about is that, it does not give you hang overs.

  • Hello YahshuaTheKing!! Thanks for the great video, I am suffering from from flu like symptoms since last one year, And an alternative medicine doctor has diagnosed me and said i have candida. I am planning to follow your diet and advice. I will surely send you a cheque of 200 USD once cured. Can we eat boiled lentils, or if you can give me ur email id, that will be of great help, mine is amzadmk@yahoo.com. Thanks and god bless.

  • is it ok if i also eat cabbage, turnips, roasted sunflower seeds and nuts?

  • @NEWMONDANA cabbage is great and get a recipe for kim chi or kimchee but use lemon juice not vinegar. I think I've read that turnips are too sweet and roasted nuts have too many carbs. You will have to research that. It is possible that some nuts are okay but I never ate any while on the diet. You can make "mashed potatoes" out of cauliflower. Use lots of butter and salt and pepper and just mash it up as much as possible and it feels like a starch but isn't.

  • I'm putting a benchmark (with my own particular condition) of feeling "cured", stable and my body rebuilding itself, energy being available of 6 months straight after treatment to reassure myself that I'm cured.

Then it's an extremely, EXTREMELY healthy, nutritious diet after. And definitely NO yeast. I don't believe that fermentation outside of your body's own fermenting processes is healthy at all in the long run.

  • Are you aware of any excellent, natural treatment plans for severe Leaky Gut Syndrome / Intestinal Permeability?

  • how about coconut milk? is it ok to drink while phase 1 of cadida diet?

  • @rosalindaamd all aspects of coconut are good but during the first two or three weeks don't consume any because of the carbs but later you can eat or drink a little but go easy, not too much. Coconut has many properties that are antifungal and so from that point of view it is very good. It's better if you make it yourself. Coconut oil is very good to cook in. You have to get used to the taste.

  • is it ok to just start taking the products right away with the diet? My candida is moderate, but I don't see the point of waiting so long until you start getting rid of it, since my understanding is that syntol has no die off. thanks for this video, really looking forward to getting rid of this crap

  • @bocaburgler Yes you can start right away if you can afford it. I have also learned about something that is just as good and can accompany the supplements; that's fermented vegetables. search for "fermented vegetables" on youtube and just make sure there is no sugar and no "sweet" vegetables like tomatoes or beets. I ate fermented vegetables and it made me feel very good. It is great for your gut.

  • You are very dedicated and helpful! I'm trying to eliminate candida myself because of its depression related side effects! After taking a few online tests(some more bias toward their product than others) i am convinced that i do indeed have severe candida. Just wanted to let you know that you have done a great job! Keep up the good work and ill let everyone know how it goes.

  • @johnc7822 Thank you for your kind words. I hope it works well for you. Remember that you can use other supplements rather than the ones that I mention. Anything that is said to strengthen your good bacteria is good. And also try some natural antifungal supplements too.

  • @YahshuaTheKing Im also using a good pro-biotic called Acidophilus (Lactobacillus Acidophilus) Its a small capsule form that has over 100 million active cultures in it. So basically its like yogurt in pill form for those of us who dont really eat yogurt that regularly. Its really great for getting your digestive system back in order. Other than that I have a detox sup that I take because the garlic tends to make the die-off symptoms start which means candida are dying and releasing endo-toxins

  • @SuperCozmos You have to make sure that a certain critical number of bacteria are GUARANTEED to be present at the time you consume them--most are only guaranteed at the time of manufacture. I forget the number, but it's quite high &, again, has to be guaranteed to still be "active" at the time you consume them.

  • @YahshuaTheKing Before I began the candida diet I'd already started using garlic but in the raw bulb form jus forcing myself to chew up about 2 a day and i noticed the effects of using the garlic without the diet. Symptoms would seem to slack up a little and at times I would feel 100% but since I started the diet along with these Garlic supplements that I buy from CVS or GNC at CVS they're in a gel like Garlic oil form and at GNC they have a tablet form thats more expensive but more potent.

  • @SuperCozmos I've found that garlic, onions, radishes & other strong vegetables like this that have "antimicrobial" characteristics seem to really help bring that extra "punch", an extra weapon to your arsenal.

  • yea havnt watched all your videos but why is it that you dont mention Garlic or the importance of it in the battle against candida? You talk about two supplements which both or pro-biotic formulas. Three-Lac is basically a few different strains of Acidophilus or whatever its called but the Allicin in the garlic is what actually kills the fungus and the Acidophilus restores the balance.

  • @SuperCozmos Thanks for your comments. Please include more details. I appreciate anything that can help me and others who might read this. I have used some fungus killing supplements like olive leaf extract and others. One can google antifungals for candida to find a list of them.

  • do you know of an idea for breakfast without eggs? I am allergic I think

  • @lmsciple7 try zuchini, or yellow and greed squash cut up into cubes and sautee them with cubed turkey , it can be oven roasted or smoked or plain and use lots of butter or olive oil. Two things that worked well for me to help me with my desire for carbs and potatoes and sweets were an imitation mashed potatoes using boiled cauliflower with lots of butter and then salt and pepper to taste, just mash it up as fine as you can get it, and I also had pumpkin which might work for some people.

  • Great video set. One question regarding Food.... What about plain yogurt and butter? Gearing up to do this. Will donate at a later date.

  • butter is great, it's necessary and a life saver. I recommend using it a lot. You won't get as constipated that way. Olive oil is even better and drink lots of pure water. Yogurt I'm not sure about. I'm lactose intolerant and so I didn't consume any dairy products on the diet. Avoid them at least at first. Thanks for donating when you do. Contact me if the paypal button doesn't work on the main page. I'll give you the info.

  • what about meds or supplements for Candida?

  • Watch the other videos. I talk about that there, but google candida cures, and you'll see there are many.

  • how long did you have candida for and was it systemic?

  • @superrain1982 no yahshua only has rashes so think its my mild not like i have all symptoms for 2 years
