  • I have a similar recipe and i personally use boiling water and add it at the end,This will get rid of the lumps and incorporate all the ingredients for a nice silky smooth batter :-)

  • @2011selgomezfan hi i live in england too , baking soda is just bicarbonate of soda you can find it in any supermarket and it's usually called baking soda

  • @Blacklady1995 Baking powder is baking soda mixed with cream of tartar and corn starch. :)

  • @yosoccerboy Yes, maybe you could add the nutella to her buttercream recipe. That would be delish as a hazelnut buttercream! The nutella by itself will most likely tear the cake because it is so thick. Maybe you should make her chocolate frosting Aka Mocha fudge frosting. Or you can warm the nutella in the microwave until it is thinner, then spread. Happy baking!

  • @SarahChomps It's easy to make a buttermilk substitute at home! For every cup of milk add a tbsp of white vinegar and mix!
