CO2 gas is a natural part of everyone's life. We breath it out constantly. Just 3 days ago, Obama forced the EPA to pronounce CO2 as a dangerous greenhouse gas. So dangerous we all need to be taxed on the air we breath?

The bubble model is related to the boom / bust economic cycle. The larger the bubble, the more inflated the money supply. So you are right, with inflation, there is a hidden tax. Since there is more money in the system, it is worth less, so it isn't as "in demand". The point is, now that the real estate bubble is coming down, there's going to be a need for more money in the supply. Especially with all the money that goes to the banks for the loans in the first place.

Mars, however, has a very thin atmosphere compared to Earth and especially Venus, which explains why it barely has any greenhouse effect.
