What does that mean on your perks where it says "Pro"?

it means you will have stronger bullets against vehichles e.g:

Stopping Power pro = ur bullets hit hard on vehicles but same on ppl

Juggernaught Pro= ur damage is less effected by vehicle bullets than players bullets.

Its an upgraded perk like last stand if you unlock pro then you can use equipment in last stand and all the perks have some kind of pro.
