it's pretty simple, most of the song is just four chords. If i'm not mistaken the verse is G C D Em, and the chorus is C D Em G but there are a few changes.

The song really IS just four chords, with maybe an off chord (like an F if you're playing in the key of G) on the part where they sing "kakenuketa hibi". Just mess with the four chords I listed and try to figure out where they are. If you have a good enough ear you should be able to hear where the changes are.
