you grenade jump by crouching and looking straight down and throwing a grenade but only with a frag cause any othe one will just kill you

You dont have to crouch to grenade jump. But some hiding spots without grenade jumping need crouch jumping

you dont have to crouch though and i use plasmas to nade jump and you need a plasma nade to do the warthog super gump.

its easy dude

just throw a grenade about a couple feet ahead of you, right after that it takes about 1 second to explode so make sure that at this point, you had already wwalked up to it. and then just jump over the nade and it should give you a boost. it takes some time to learn this. took me about 10 minutes to get em right.
