hi there...love the pics, tell me im guessing you have a pretty good proffessional camera...but what else do you use for lighting? do you use internal, external or just regular light? new at this, but i do get a call to take pictures at events with my sony a230, so you can see my frustration... thank you so much. and great work

Hi Paul, when do u the shoot of the bride and groom??? After the ceremony/ before reception or after the reception??? and for how many minutes or hour??? Thnaks

@krakadyll I usually get 20-30 minutes with the bride and groom after the ceremony and before the wedding breakfast, but it varies from wedding to wedding.

When you shoot a typical wedding, what percent of your shots are the bride/groom/etc posed and what percent are just candid? Roughly? They almost all look candid :) but I would guess thats what you were trying to do!

@sabbathack Thank you! I would say around 80% of what I do at a wedding is documentary / candid and the rest is a combination of directed but natural looking shots and artistic / creative set ups.

Damien & I got married in Cornwall in May 2005. We are both keen photographers and finding the right photographer for our wedding was extremely important. When we found Paul, we knew instantly that his artistic, creative style reflected our interests. Paul was chosen on the strength of recommendation from Trafalgar Park and his own album. He did an amazing job & we are still extremly pleased with the results, worth every penny. Some words of advice for those getting married, firstly choose a great photographer, but additionally you need someone that is organised, punctual, appropriately dressed on the day, is well mannered and respectful to your guests, but also gets the job done on the day without stressing too much-Paul's the guy!

A wonderful set of wedding photos - lovely depth and character to them. I've seen so many photos from friends weddings which were taken by a so-called "professional photographer" - frankly these blow them all out of the water.

I wish I'd have discovered you for my wedding 3 years ago!
