This is a good video... a lot of content summarized rather well. Thanks for posting, looking forward to watching your future videos. There is a lot of average stuff out there on YouTube, but I think this is great material. How long have you been creating videos? I just started and am trying to pick up ideas from other users with content rich channels (like yours). Any tips?
@MrBloograss And where was Bush after Katrina. Oh yeah, telling Brownie he was doin' a heckuva job, and flying over it all in a plane. And he didn't have the excuse of being in another country at the time. Keep trying, you're always lying, rightard.
Yes, I wish Big Brother would take care of me from cradle to grave. I want to be so irresponsible that I NEED the government to take care of me! Do you need a suit in Washington to come and wipe your ass too Dana?
well lets see, banking takeovers, auto takeovers, socialzed healthcare, bigger gubment..... a man from europe tried this in 1941. you may know him......his name was hitler, and this was exactly how he took over germany. dont belive me, reread your history
Three cheers for an honest, hardworking man!!! This was the best political commercial of the season. No bashing, straight from the heart, stating the facts that the conservative majority in this area refuse to believe, and without ANYTHING to personally gain for doing this.
To my understanding, Dana didn't seek out this opportunity to voice his opinion. He was after a few Obama signs and asked randomly to help.
Bush Cheney have taken us down a long dark road- Obama offers integrity, honesty, and hope. I hope Republicans will be good losers- we all need to get to work- and bring this country together again
I am proud of Mr. Snodgrass. It certainly takes major testicular fortitude to speak up for your candidate, especially in such a conservative town as Joplin. We should respect each other's opinions and vote, just vote! Geesh 4 State People, open your minds and remember to be kind.
Try being conservative, that takes guts in these pinko times and yes, in Joplin. If you are conservative and say anything you'll be anything from cussed to mildly slighted with comments like "open your minds" suggesting that your a close minded hick. But I do really appreciate the "Change" Hillary? Biden? That's change? It looks like a 1959 Oldsmobile with new hubcaps. Gimme a break.
LOL I know Dana personally. He's a nice guy but misguided politically (ha!). I gave him crap about the huge Kerry sign he had up four years ago. Haven't drove by his place recently but if it doesn't have a 6 foot tall Obama sign out front, I'd be amazed. If he'd stop messing around at the farm and get back to the shop his customers would be happier, but that's another story! Of course lots of other people who know him have told him this, but hey, he likes working at his farm.
Well Cowboy, there is no money in the body shop business anymore. The better your work - the more you stand up for your customers, the more they rely upon you to do the right thing, the harder it is to make dime one. Margins are in the mid to low single digits. The same (insurance) interests that messed up the economy by playing fast and loose with our money - did a number on the collision repair industry. This guy wants change and so do the rest of us. Problem is: some ills are beyond fixing.
Obama cares for your vote. That is all. We will all be making $15 dollars an hour. Forget making any money on that bumper crop farmboy. Anything gain over and above what you would get under capitalism will be spread out to those not working in order to be fair.
No family making less than $250,000 will see their taxes increase. Thats a direct quote from Obamas website. Based on a 40-hour workweek that would be equal to around $100 an hour. So it would be safe to say that if you make less than $100 an hour then voting for Obama would be in your best interest.
this is so powerful. this is exactly the kind of intelligent voice we need to be hearing. Bush has failed us and it is obvious McCain will fail us in the same way. Great to see good people like Dana speaking up for Obama.
This is a great video and it SHOULD be aired on CNN NBC ABC CBS etc etc its just what Americans need to hear because Obama truly is for the people and Dana, as a small business owner understands unlike Joe the plumber that taxes will be raised on small businesses in the existing tax system anyway, Obama is just finding ways to fix the system to improve the lives of the American people, not the politicians. Barack Obama is just what this country has been looking for in a president.
This is so nice to watch. We're all Americans and we're in this together. (And, at the end of the day, we really aren't that different!) Obama is an old fashioned populist - a leader who works FOR the people. It's so refreshing. And I love this ad.
It is beautiful to SEE Martin Luther King's dream come to light. White, blacks, jews and gentiles etc come together at the table of brotherhood. I knew the day would come when we see the shift in color and base our judgements on what we all have in come...life
Brilliant. This is the tone SW MO needs. Speak right at the camera and tell locals not to be afraid of Obama. It's the right thing to do for our kids and our country. Kudos to Dana.

I live in Joplin myself and I am ashamed of this. Luckily Missouri went away from tradition for common sense in voting McCain.

How much did Obama's campaign pay you for this from his millions of foreign enemy donations? "How fortunate for politicians that people do not think."

Obama will LOSE by a big margin.
Dana doesn't need anymore money anyway, he gets enough for his body work! lol
This from someone that's had a car in thier shop.
You are messed up Dana in your thinking. Obama's a commy and you would see that if you opened your eyes and quit listening to his smooth talk.
Vote McCain!!!

This comment has received too many negative votes show
Boy, this guy is a few cans short of six-pack.
"I think I'll publicly alientate some of my customers by politicizing my business."
Right or left, a very stupid thing to do which, in the end, will cost him money.
(P.S. I'd say the same thing if he supported the McCain/Palin ticket.)
