  • It's been a while now since I recorded this, so I guess I should answer the questions in relation to four years ago. I had passed my grade 8 about a year before recording this and so would have been just working on various DipABRSM pieces, but looking for something short and famiiliar to record. The ABRSM is quite a common exam board for music across the world.

I had been learning piano then for twelve years.

Good luck learning this piece - it should be faster than the speed I played it!

  • I have to bombard you with questions (if you don't mind answering them haha) what grade are you? what kind of exams do you take? and how long have you been playing piano? btw your sooo good!!!! I have to learn this song too but don't think I'll ever be this good! :)

  • nice

  • grade 7 hk 2009-2010

  • wow you have magic fingers! really, nice.

  • Love the way you turn over those pages! Damn! That must feel real good! Either you or the Bach dude have a lot of FEEL - I'm guessing its you as Bach as a kindda Baroquian monster...

  • that was absolutely lovley........could i please have the sheet music?....wanna play this atleast half as good as you..

  • Hummm where can I find J.C.F. Bach? Sorry just asking if anyone knows....

  • looking for the new grade 7 innit. me 2

  • but actually it is not,

    i prefer a2/a3

  • grade 8 2005-2006 (uk)

  • NIce but im playing this at lvl 4...is that like grade 4?

  • No level 4 (I've only heard of that in Europe) is like grades 7-8 here.

  • I too played this for grade 8. I played a lot quicker and more staccato L.H. in the early

passages. But I like your interpretation, it's nicely controlled. Congrats. on your distinction.

  • you didn't play it well

  • Got distinction in the exam though :)

  • You sure this is CPE bach? What Wq (Book/Opus)?

CPE bach music is so freaken hard to find in Australia.

If you can tell me a book name or publisher that would be nice. Thanks.

  • most of the left hand notes are suppose to be super stacatto....u just played them like normal notes...
