There are 2 things I absolutely love about Kelly's workouts - they are ONLY 30 minutes (warm up/cool down generally included but not always). And, the PREMIXES!!! Cathe Friedrich is PREMIX queen and I added Kelly to my home collection because of the above two reasons. BUT - that said, Kelly makes you work HARD and her workouts are FUN!!! You will kiss yourself for giving her a chance!! She is great!! (oh, and her cues are also timely!!) XXXXcllent!!
