  • Why is that ABC.News studio so dark it looks like a demonstration in a cave

  • The red tool (rivet squeeze) we call them alligator squeezes, have 1 hand inits to ones twice as big as rhis one here, and they are heavey, but I've never had to use one for more than 1 or 2 rivets. By the time we set this thing up (The Zero-G) use it and get out my way, I can squeeze a rivet or 2and have the damn thing put away in a about 15 to 30 seconds. they have limits! again that's why they're not in use on our program (C-17).

  • We've had one of these in our ergo dept for the last year or so.. it's still there collecting dust.

  • @aviatormxpilot you are a fool.

  • @vesnak70 How so? Would you like me to take a picture of it? Look jack-ass, just because I work for the Boeing Co. (formaly McDonnel Douglas) have been building Airplanes for them, (Md-80, MD-90 the 717 and the C-17) for the past 26+ years & 5 years as crew chief in the USAF, doesn't make me fool. The have one of these arms here in Long Beach and it has it limits. If it worked in our situation they would in use over the place. but they don't hence dust collector. Want to see a picture of it?

  • Garrett is the man.

  • haha! that was so easy. Just take the G50 arm and put a different adaptor on it for power tools!
