Ghost typing can also be done as a .vbs file. Microsoft Scripting. Create that, and you can disguise it as a new icon on your friends/victims desktop. Look it up.

Another thing that is really fun to do to a computer is if you have a wireless router connected to your computer (or victims computer if you can get in there and download something) is to get the iphone app called air mouse.  what you can do with it is use it as a track pad mouse and keyboard that can be used anywhere inside of the range of the router to control your computer by typing, moving the mouse, playing music, basically what every you want. It makes people think they dl'ed a virus.
