Most likely the scamer used his own account, the scammer claims that someone else used him account, but that is bullshit, I have discovered that is part of an scam that paypal allows. Do not use paypal or ebay they are an scam

I was ripped off big time because some crook, con artist who blow up a set of speakers after buying them off of me, and then I had to give him a full refund of over £400.00. I have 750 transactions, and a 100% feedback score over 7 years with them too. They wont back up the seller.

I dont like paypal. Google check out for merchant is better. They hold your money in what they are calling 'reserve'. Not only do they charge you for transactions but they HOLD your money with out paying you interest. PAYPAL DROP THE BALL.

If you live in the 48 continental states go by these rules if you decide to use ebay/paypal:

1 Only ship to buyers that live in the 48 continental United States.

2 If the address is not confirmed, refuse the sale. If it is confirmed and they ask to send to another address DO NOT.

3 Use at least a delivery confirmation to prove you sent.

4 List your items accurate as possible along with at least 1 picture.

This is the ONLY way to actually protect yourself. OR YOU COULD USE AMAZON...

correction, "dumb blond." PayPal is one big contradiction. They claim one thing and do the opposite. Its funny how they gave you a negative balance to refund the person. They also gave my partner negative balance in order to refund a customer who after more then a month claims the item is broken. Paypal says the customer had to prove that the item was returned before receiving a refund. However the person was refunded and the item was never returned nor was proof provided that is was even sent.

You get a negative balance when you don't have enough funds in your account and paypal refunds the customer. Now you owe paypal. This is funny because i bought an item a few months ago that i never received. I filed and won a case through paypal. I never got the refund. Paypal said although they find the case in my favor, they could not recover the funds from the seller. They refused to give me a reason why as they say it would violate the sellers privacy rights.

Beware store returned/reconditioned items on Ebay . That's another word for JUNK . You get the crap in and it's DOA and you just wasted your hard earned money on junk . Paypal wants to make you pay shipping cost, on return, or cancel your claim. You've already been scammed and they add insult by wanting you to pay between $20 to $40 to ship back . Paypals buyer protection sucks as well . You buy item supposed to have a little cosmetic damage . Item comes in ,all electronics DOA .Seller claims must have been damaged during shipping take its up with shipper . With no new cosmetic damage from original auction . File claim with Paypal , buyer pays shipping ,to send item back and has one weeks time to get it back or claim cancelled !Also must be in original condition . You just been frauded by crooked seller!
