Stress Factor`s Women`s Self Defense class introduction. In this video we explain a few key differences in the male and female bodies when it comes to fighting and we go over some of the primary tools and basic rules ...
I have learned a move I don't know If its made by someone but I invented it myself and with It I can get the enemy down with one move... I tried on a idiot that was very bad he was fighting with everyone and It worked !!!
@ VvSuperNutsvV I hate hearing that someone is being bullied. When I was a kid I was bullied. I sat there and took punches and all types of hits. For some reason I didn't fight back. Maybe because I was afraid I'd reeeeally get beat up then. Because of that I trained myself to ALWAYS be ready to defend myself. I learned many self defense techniques to have the upper hand. Ya can't just get strong and expect to win. Ya gotta have the UPPER HAND. Also... When I'm working out I think about getting
4:40 - 4:45 Also if he can swing with the open hand its not gunna be his dominant so you'll be able to take one in the face for the team and get right back in there
YouTube - and the Internet in general - has helped me to learn many great things, sometimes even more efficiently than any school could. I learned many fighting techniques and practiced them with my brothers, and now we are controlling the neighbourhood through violence and fear. With most of the simple techniques you can easily learn yourself you can really hurt people whenever you feel like it.
Fair enough. Who actually would be that composed in a fight. Simple self defense. Eye Gouges, Hair Pulling and a swift kick the the nuts. Knocking a joint out usually only works on opponents who aren't very bright.
I AM SO GLAD this video has helped some people. My online Academy has many more (much longer) lessons. Also you can test through the ranks of JKD and CQDT as you remain a member! Check it out on my page!
@kfrontera83 A demonstration is slow and detailed for the sake of teaching. You have to use that imagination of yours to project the movements into a fast scenario. There is always risk, what we are teaching allows for the best chance of success and survival. I suppose that takes some thought, hopefully the others watching will think at that level and feel the benefits of this lesson.
I wish i would searched for this before... I wouldn't have to take some bad things at school... But it will be sure helpful when someone tries to attack me :)
A lot of this is excellent - it reminds me a lot of Wing Chun. The triangle thing is where it's at. The defence from the hook is a little like our tan sao, A straight beats a hook every time; you can step off 45 degrees (same direction as the hook) and you're in - their centreline is exposed. The choke thing is good as well. If you can't break the choke you can go over the top with a palm strike etc etc...great vid.
@cqdtonline Thanks mate. One thing I also found interesting was your straight punch defence where you hint at a jab being a set up or maybe a fake for the bigger punch. In Wing Chun as you know we treat ALL aggressive movements, even feints, as attacks, so as soon as that movement starts, we go in. :)
@BboyTev007 - practise! If you get someone to do this with you and get them to improvise the moves like your in a real fight then after a while you should be more confident and be able to react quicker to the different styles of punching...
If I was about six inches taller, and something like 50 pounds heavier, I could possibly do some of this...lol. Otherwise, I'm just going to have to be quick on my feet...or punch the heck out of someone's left thigh....though my old lady-type handbag does weigh more than me...that could work...I've been told before its a weapon....Oh to be that fit, that young, and that guy's workout partner...sigh.
In the human body... Its a Sensitive line Going from your Nose to your "private parts"... If you wanna Run away from someone threatening you You hit them there... Dont hold back when hitting them.... Hit them somewhere in the line with everything you got and run to get away.
@TigerAlbino1800 lol, there are lots of ways to handle opponents, but the most direct way usually provides the best opportunity fo real-life application : ) glad you liked the video
Only bad thing about the video was the audio, otherwise it was great. Thanks for posting this for me. I really didn't want to hamper my folks with some sort of lesson from a school. Mainly because we're not the wealthiest people on the block. But this honestly taught me how to fight. It gave me confidence to defend myself and my friends. I'd like to thank you for a awesome video and good advice.
@ammar3arafa Good Call! I teach Bruce Lee's JKD and Close Quarter Defense Tactics. As you probly know, Buce Lee was a Wing Chun student of the late Ip Man so many JKD principles derive from Wing Chun. Stay tuned for more videos coming up (now that I am freeing up some time from the new martial art school)
@zenoman1a1 you sure could, good observation. Whatever ability you have to flow into other techniques should determine what you do after the triangle. Try some direct techniques like the ones I teach here and you will see that the amount of energy, time, and effort needed is minimized.
ummm. yeah, for the hook throw, you are in a perfect position for a head throw. no need to hit him. Just throw him down and then step on his head, or keep kicking him.
@take50productions Thats a good suggestion....keep in mind not everyone can pull off throws "on-the-fly". For example a small woman or an older person with back problems. If your strong and skilled enough to do it, do it, this video is meant to be more universal for everyone. Thanks for the comment and suggestion 50!
@EraFilmEnterprises Wow. Think such things you can teach via internet.... Well still we get better if we do it in real but still. Im happy you made that bullier a bit scared of you :D

when someone puts a hand on your throat to try to strangle you, you can also just do 1 step backwards fast, they might fall and you can take them out

@chelseamatt Wing Chun is one of the parent martial arts of Jeet Kune Do, isn't it? o_o Maybe that's why?

This is very helpful and all, but when people rush you don't know whether they're doing a hook or going straight in...
Any advice?
