I like your videos... but this isnt Ratman at all.. doesn't even look like him :[ Keep searching, he can't be killed and when you get close to him and he says in a deep voice "I am Ratman", will not attack you, but run off into the dark... its impossible to hit him in a snipe, when you try to hunt him down in a Motorcycle he doesnt show, when killing homeless to find him, he will see the bodies or hear gunshots and run... Be more quiet and look in the tunnels. I found him this way.
