A nice down to earth plumber - you can tell he ain't an electrician, double adaptor with a kettle AND a toaster? But never mind, the vid is really helpful. Thanks
My bathroom basin mixer leaks...I don't know why. On the hot tap handle there is often a small puddle of water under where the tap handle screws into the main mixer. Only ever on the hot side and drips v slowly. CAN YOU HELP PLEASE?
Good video, but as far as unscrewinging the Headgear, have a look at, "Change Tap washer Easy Tapsplitter", on here to see how to unscrew it easier and safer, be careful these heads can be extremely difficult to shift and cause a lot more damage to pipework etc.
That tap is still leaking at the end of the video after you replaced the washer! There's more to plumbing than just changing the washer. Your video proved your plumbing efforts FAILED! It's not so easy to solve the perennial problem of a leaky tap!
@SweetWeddingMeister Hi there. Can't see the drip you're on about myself and the customer is happy with the work I've done...must just be on your video! However you are right that fixing a dripping tap is sometimes more difficult than just changing the washer; I refer you to one of my other videos on re-seating the tap with a tap re-seating tool. Please subscribe so you can keep me on my toes!

Might as well scrape the tap seat with a screwdriver while you got the tap apart...

@zakzak000 Cheers for that. I've done a vid on Re-seating the tap. Probably should add that as a related video!
