Actually, i think that street cameras that monitor traffic and only traffic, can help identify those that caused an accident, and is especially helpful for cases that a victim is left unaided...

In these cases the videos are watched by 5 people. Here they are watched by 5,000,000 people.

I spoke in comparison to my accident 2 months ago where i was struck by a SUV at my school bus stop and soon after bystanders came to assist me.
