  • There should be zero, let me repeat that, there should be zero, arm pull in getting the weight overhead. All the power comes from the back, midsection and legs.

  • Kid in the green shirt is going to hurt himself. First off, he's not getting anything out of the lift but an injury. It's not even a snatch, just some sort of weird row and catch. LEARN the lifts before trying to do a lot of weight. You're not doing anything big with 155 anyways. No point in doing the oly's if you don't know how. Learn it first with lighter weight. Guy in the black pants is strong and has the best form, but still not perfect.

  • @12honeso you deleted your comment but i got it on email .

so he is named orion no? orion hones ?

why woulld you call yourself that man? lol

seriously though theres a simple solution to this problem arch your upper back and lift more with your legs not only your back and that will keep the ass down .

  • That dude with green shirt is annoying, really annoying.

  • good lifts ,experienced guy , great music , and why dont you tell the one in green shirt not to roman deadlift the weights in the first pull both c&j and snatch-wise?

  • @ahmednabil thanks, that's an unfortunate tendency we are trying to break..check out the 220LB clean and jerk vid put up recently..his start position is a little lower and he stays much tighter throughout the pull..in short, he's improving.

  • awesome lifts,,,
