This is Saria's Song, not Lost Woods. Lost Woods was the name of A Link to the Past's song that played when you were in the "Lost Woods" area.  Saria's Song plays in OoT when you're in the Lost Woods area (which has a much different purpose in that game!). I wouldn't bother to post this if I didn't find it annoying that everyone pushes A Link to the Past aside to make way for Ocarina of Time.

How about do some research, instead of complaining, and find the program yourself, (Hint: It's called Synthesia) and find the midi file yourself and put it into the program, and slow it down yourself. That is the real speed it plays at, and he never said this was a tutorial. I can personally play the right hand part alone faster than this, and I can play both together near this speed. I'm not Asian.

The blue part symbolizes a different instrument, or a different type of piano. So if you would play in a group, one person would play the blue, one would play the green.

You wouldn't play the blue part for everyone to recognize, the green is what everyone recognizes and remembers. The blue compliments the green, the blue isn't necessarily the base line but it still isn't the main part to play.
