    i dont know of any laws prohibiting a small child from mapping trees, or a play ground for that mater. However if he took his data and compiled it into a plan and tried to pass himself off as a PLS or PE that would be fraud

  • I hope your "Arborist" was either a licensed surveyor or working as an agent of a LICENSED SURVEYOR, otherwise they can get themselves in big trouble . . .
