IIRC, he had his memory back at this point, but not the feelings.  I don't remember them ever addressing that when Liz and Lucky got back together again (with GV), so I guess he just fell in love a second time.

@ijpmusic4life The way he put it when he proposed again (when they got back together in GV's time) is that his love for her was "lost, but never really gone". Now, that's pretty vague, but I think what he was trying to say is that the love did come back eventually.

LOL. I used to really hate that dress, but I don't so much anymore. I think I've been beaten down by GH's parade of fugly clothes over the years. They've really lowered my standards, LOL.
