It's probably safer than obeying the law and riding like normal, considering how narrow the lanes are and how many trucks are flying by. Unless he could keep pace with the traffic.
@irregulardan I'm thinking the reason he not on the left side of the truck is that he would be exposed to the open corridor of air and loose the benefit of the slipstream behind the truck...just my guess.
He's actually being pulled uphill by the truck along the Mount Rosser main Road. That truck was really traveling so it must have been empty. Fella playing with his life tho
