Tara, I love your graden!!! I love to cook also and am worried that I will not enjoy it after my surgery (9/8) Have you ever made your meatloaf and stuffed it in the Zuch. that is how my mom always did it and she would top it with some chesse. It just baked in the zuch it is really good. Thanks for the great video
Great video. I have never thought of adding oats to meatloaf, but what great idea! Are they instant oatmeal? How much would you add to a pound of meat. It was kind of hard to tell in the picture.
You give me hope that I will soon be back cooking after I had my surgery. I love to cook especially with my son who is going away to college in a couple of weeks and I will miss him. So thanks for the cooking encouragement
Tara, this is a great video! I love your garden and I wish I could grow one myself. I absolutely love squash and zucchini, can you send me some? just kidding :) Anyway, it is great to see you and your family sitting down for a great meal together! You've given me a great idea! We used to sit and eat together all the time before my surgery, but now I don't sit with them all of the time...but I need to! Thanks again for sharing this with us! Take Care, Judy :)
Tara what a great video, thank you for sharing. What a wonderful family you have. I have been having issues with dinner, thank you for showing me it is possible to sit with the family and have a meal. You rock!
Yum Tara! Thanks for sharing. I also have LOADS of yellow squash. I made a saute out of some with loads of cheesy protein (goat, cheddar and ricotta) to make it more WLS friendly.
I just sauted up some onion, garlic and yellow squash in olive oil. Then I put it in a backing dish and added the cheeses. Baked it for a little bit and chowed down. It was yummy.
loved this video...but then I love all your cooking videos...and I so envy you your garden...i've been talking for years that I want to plant a garden but I never do...I guess I am not sure where to start and that's what keeps me from it...everything looked yummy!
Your such a good homemaker. And that meatloaf looks yummy. And Your garden is so nice, I wish i could grow me a garden. and it looks so good like yours. Great video.

There is nothing better than vegetables grown in your own garden. We plant one ever year and love the fresh vegetables especially the tomatoes

I love squash! I bet you could do some puree and add unflavored protein powder to it and get protein, too!

wow awesome garden! when i make meatloaf, i always cook in on baking racks so any fat will drain away and not sit on the meat.
wish i had a green thumb like you!!
