@SovereignSentient Well at the very minimum as a licensed driver we all know that it is against the law to drive without your drivers license on you. And in most states according to laws the enforcing officer can legally arrest you for driving without a license, but usually the officer will give you a brake. Anyway's for this certain situation the man did have an alcohol beverage which was open and I'm sure he was drunk which alone is an offense. I'm not going to dig into cases, that's crazy.
