Battlestar Galactica - S4.5 Sky1 Promo

Hey I have a question i need help with. So i have a box set of series 1-4 and me mum wants the final series for her birthday. I hear it's split into 2 bits so do i just need 4.5 or will i have to get the whole of 4 again on it's own? Is it out in the UK yet on DVD?
