i didn't snipe the guards. i was too aggressive, and they discovered me right from the start so i had to blast the soldiers with my M4. the night vision goggle was not useful. and when i went down the stairs to get the jetpack, my health was running low, so i had to run and dodge bullets.

I always do that mission is by sneaking by the one guard directly inside the fences, climb the tower to the right, kill the guard up there, and then snipe each enemy in the base and take out some of the search lights as well. If someone starts to run then I kill him first before going on to the next enemy. Other than that it's pretty simple once you learn how to can be done. Sniping from the top of that tower means you can get into the underground complex without having lost any health/armor.

@frtxother, if you mean skip the mission "Black Project", then the answer is 'no', it's one of the main storyline missions you'll have to pass sooner or later. You can put on the weight again after the mission though.

PC's are WAY more capable than consoles for all sorts of reasons. Playing online multiplayer is better (although you probably have nobody to play with because you go around calling them cheap) you can mod to your heart's content, and also a mouse + keyboard pwns a joypad, but if you prefer a joypad you can very easily hook one up to a PC. BTW, I have nothing against consoles, I just hate ignorant twats like you.

ummm dude, pc games are better to play than the console versions. You can mod (not just to change the gameplay, but you can make things look different and better), controls aren't so complicated, and graphics can be way bettee especially with a good graphics card. Only disadvantage is that it does take up some momory, which is easily combatted by flash drives and buying extra memory.

One way to lose muscle is to do a combination of not eating anything and using the treadmill/exercise bike at the gym.

That way you will first lose all your fat and when you have no more fat you will start to lose muscle.
