My sarcasm radar is low on batteries right now so I'll assume you might be honestly asking.
This is a REAL video made by Microsoft promoting the notion that people should have an organized Windows 7 release party the day it hits the stores... They figured this was such a fantastic idea that they made this great promotional how-to video.
It was posted a while back with no way to comment or rate it which is obviously completely unacceptable given the utterly ridiculous nature of the video.

I think the only reason anyone would want to do this is to get a free copy of Windows 7 when they host. People are willing to do anything to get rid of Vista.
