  • Great results mate, did you do the yoga x as I finish my first week after todays Kenpo X and i substituted Yoga for Cardio X as i got bored 10 mins in - do you think this will make much difference to my results? I'm following classic version and on top of this I also train muay thai twice a week.

  • @madchickgonewild Don't be scared! I tell everyone to just give it 100% for two weeks. I guarantee if you do push for two weeks you'll be so satisfied with yourself it will keep you motivated to keep going! And definitely follow the nutrition plan as closely as possible! It is VERY Important! Good luck, and make me your coach if you haven't already! Just click the link in the video description!

  • @onebigvon Insane results man!I am 19 6 foot 5 236 and plan on buying the p90x peak results package soon and have josh as my coach.Hopefully I can get some good results.I am at 24 % bf and my legs are already ripped from using a weighted speed rope and my triceps are somewhat visible..Hopefully I will be ripped all over after two rounds of this program may throw in a 35 pound kettle-bell and 6 miles of walking into the program later on.

  • @legend1617 Josh is my coach too! Listen to him and you'll do great!! He knows his stuff! I wouldn't worry too much about adding to the program though, just follow the routines. Especially follow the diet! I followed the diet religously! That's how I was able to get cut so fast. Good luck and keep in touch! I'd like to see a video from you when you finish!

  • @xB1aCKOu7x Yes. I hated it, but I did do the Yoga. As much as I hated doing it, I believe it is very important and helps a lot.

  • what size weights did you start off with?

  • @clubbinseals2 Well, you dumbells for a very broad range of exercises, and depending on which exercise I'm doing, or what muscles are being worked, I will uses different amounts of weight. My weights will range from as much as 60lbs to as little as 5lbs on each dumbell.

  • @darrenb1980 Yes, the diet is just as important as the workouts!  Its tough, and I slip up sometimes (nobody's perfect), but you just have to keep getting back after it!

  • @code2mind That's great! Make sure you really BRING IT every time! Also, If you don't have a beachbody coach, get one! Helps to have someone keepin tabs on you!
