This video is a shining example of what you shouldn't do when playing as a Berserker. Never ever use a sniper rifle when playing as a berserker, if you really want a far range weapon use a combat rifle they cover the close and far ranges making them a very well rounded weapon to have. Another thing when your if berserk mode don't hang back trying to avoid an enemies attack get in there and bust some skulls, That is kinda the point......your a TANK.......who punches things to DEATH.

@Majestic9001 yeah, I still use the sniper rifles whenever I feel like it anyways. But you're right on the berzerk, if you want to play berzerk, you rush in, not giving a shit on incoming fire and fuck everything up. I like the berzerk since you can regenerate your health while punching too. I spent every skill points I have on the Brawler skill tree.

Just thought I'd say that i disagree with you on your generalisation, Brick is a tank but he's not invincible you gotta remember if your sitting on 60hp and the boss is standing in front of you maybe you should take 2 steps back and regen a little. Admittedly using a sniper rifle with brick in non solo play is a bad idea but hey we could all see he was a lowbie. I'm just sad we didn't get to see more pummeling...

@llortorp You do make a good point,but i would say your point is still flawed.I don't consider scar to be a boss,to me he's more mid boss material.And i can say out of experience with using brick that when I'm in an open area with no cover and my health health is low,i've survived more times by going berserk and annihilating everything then trying to retreat.And if your still worried about dying that's what transfusion grenades are for.

did you know there is a glitch with the Berserk mode? i found it out when fighting bone head, if you go into Berserk mode and die, you keep the speed boost you get while in the mode, its good for gettin places fast, but goes away the next time you go Berserk

not true, once playthrough 2 is done all the bosses/monsters respawn and are juiced up to lvl 50+, as well as all the loot becomes 10 times better, so once you beat playthrough 2 the entier borederland changes and becomes a shotload harder, which makes it more fun

you don't deserve to play brick... if you go berserk then you need to use the right trigger more than the left you attack faster and only use left trigger if you know your getting a 100% crit hit... lef thit is the strongest and hits the hardest but has the slowest attack... so if you cant crit with left hit fast with right and take your dmg up higher... god i hate these videos of brick... i play mine sooooo much better people want him around.

Exactly. Mainly it's newbie gamers or just really really young kids who think Halo and WoW started everything.

If you upgrade that skill, later on in the game (and this is only like in the next area) it becomes AMAZINGLY powerful. Add onto that any elemental artifacts, and it just rapes everything.

I have 3 characters, and one for myself, one for me and a friend's playthrough, and one for me and 2 friends' playthrough. On the 3rd, one of my friends has upgraded it and put Shock on. It's like an orgy of lightning explosions. He can run into areas and just go from badass(elite enemy) to badass. Sick.

This game is definitely inspired by WoW with the RPG-ish things, Diablo random loot generation, CoD those ever so wonderful iron sights, and Halo with the shields and epic vehicles
