  • Hey, you've probably improved a lot since you posted this as it's from nearly a year ago, but just from what I can see, you need to start the dip phase later - get the chin up right into your armpits and keep the rings as close to your body as possible as you initiate the dip phase, makes it easier. This is very well done though :)

    did u use proteins?

    how often on weekly bases do u work out?
