  • This sound is perfect for any decade. But the sound is so unique that anyone that lived in the 70's will immediately associate it with the 70's age of disco.I am a rocker but I love disco.Just a bunch of idiots that cut down and make fun of disco;but it was disco that rounded off the 70's and early 80's to bring in such great music as new wave, heavy metal and hard rock in a new form!Such as NIght Ranger. So love the disco and enjoy music from a great decade when we were teens and carefree.

  • TIMELESS

  • This is definitely disco. Amazing how good it sounds these days.

  • this is better than lady gaga ...

    great music

  • A fantastic piece of music! The famous actress Talia Shire who played Adrian in the Rocky films was the wife of this tunes composer.

  • you are so right

    x

  • Manhattan The Beautiful before 9//11 ....JUST, wait it will be more Awesome then ever,

    LOVE FROM BROOKLYN!!!

  • Great song from an awesome album! Sorta makes you think of the music you might hear on the old C.H.I.P.'s tv show.

  • One of my all-time favorite songs

  • Sorry, but without thoes Two Tower's not there..Make's this song a joke!

  • This picture is ok, maybe another veiw would have been good also, but the best shot that fits this song is the Trade Centers veiw. Maybe because that is the first shot i seen when i purchase this album and albums were still pretty big back then but they were being replaced by different technology.

  • @67incognito Amen

  • Wow que gran gran pieza musical

  • This is from the Saturday Night Fever Soundtrack ans I remember one of my idiots friends told me that the melody was called "Botran" maybe he was drunk when he told me that because we both saw the movie at the same time back in 1977 !!OH MY WORD SO LONG AGO!!! bring back so many fond memories thank you for downloading this amazing and timeles classic

  • @VanLat7 Yes hard to believe it was that long ago. You're quite welcome. Glad you enjoyed and thanks for listening.

  • @VanLat7 that was a funny title :) maybe he really was frunk that time...but I really had a good laugh...Boltran! where in the world did this name came from?

  • Una obra maestra absoluta de la música moderna. Irrepetible, clásica, rotunda, gloriosa... Sus `solos de trompeta en el tramo final son absolutamente sublimes.

  • Going to NYC in eight weeks.I will be playing this on my ipod as we land.lol

  • Thirty years ago, you could drop this 8 track in your '79 Camaro Berlinetta and hit the road blaring this with the T-tops open along PCH.

  • @canso67 Is that the type of music we listen to in 79? The 8 track must have been around an awful long time, because ,i remember the eight track in my 70 cougar xr7 in 1970 and maybe the late 60s, the player was bulky and it hanged under the dash. Now in 1980 the cassett was out. That baby lasted a long time. but i am a little discombobulated on the 8 track. Could you help me on the times, cause u got me really thinking now.

  • Wow! Thanks for sharing this with us all! It brought back very fond memories.

  • awesome tune from an awesome decade :)

  • Just me and my Austin Healy 3000 Mk III alone on the road in Texas late one clear night pulling about 2900 RPM, top down, more stars than I have ever seen before, and this tape playing in unison with the throaty rumble of my Healy. There are times in your life when you are 100% happy and at peace that you will never forget. This was one of mine.

  • @67incognito I completely agree.

  • Yesss!

  • Love this!

    ~Summerbreeze
