@ILUKESAV press x to spend souls on them(xbox 360) with the selected shout highlited, its in the magic menu under shouts. you need to kill dragons and stay near enough to them so you absorb there soul, you know youve absorbed the soul when there just bones/when the message that youve absorbed it appears.

I've seen 3 types of dragons: Normal Dragons, Named Dragons, and Frist Dragons. I can tell you by experience that Frost Dragons are a pain in the ass. I have versed 2 of them, have killed 0 of them, and have been killed 5 times by them (I'm even a Nord which gives me 50% resistance to cold/frost)!
