...every mother gives birth to a new and initially innocent person who needs nothing more than love, warmth food and shelter. Nobody is born to be nasty. And no mother would ever want to see her baby grow into a nasty person, or suffer ... let alone die. Yet, in a crazy sort of way, our new 'soldiers' and 'horrors' are constantly being made ..
I often thought about how war is really a war between men - and always has been.
It's in the nature of men to fight. Nature's law for males - whilst nature's law for most females is to nurture and protect.
Male and female normally work in great harmony within each set role - but our modern world and mass population has created an environments where things went to total extremes - and they are ever increasing. (Wars, terrorism, racism, general aggression and violence) What to do?
Its amazing how rich and full a sound he can bring out of an accoustic guitar. Neil always tells so much of the song story with his chord progressions and pluckin the plaintive notes. Perfect blend with his vocals. Neil is superb.
Amazing. Meeting Neil was one of the highlights of my life!
