this is a nice watch, I dont happen to use the net calories feature but its is a must for me to track my calories burned during my cardio routines. Burned 1000 calories today :)

@Miowatch i was actually looking at getting a watch but i dont want to be wearing a chest strap when im at work. any products which do that?

The Energy Pro has the option of on-demand as well as continuous (with the chest Strap).Unfortunately there is no technology to provide continuous without a chest strap. After watching this vid. I discovered a ton of features I didn't even know it had! (probably should of read directions a little better) I bought it mostly for the price/heart rate monitor. The different timers are very cool and will make keep track of my work outs much easier!!
