speeking as someone who was in a underground fight club for 3 years, and now teaches boxing form to whom ever wants to learn. Yes these boys have heart. but solid truth is they have little skill. first off keep those elbows closer to your body. this will not only give you better defence, but also a better punch from the inside. keep those shoulder up and covering your jaw. and for goodness sake don't be so damn tight wound. losen up. the boys seam humble enough to be teachable. keep at it guys!

Never show mercy in the ring! It can come back and bite you. One more uppercut at 0:45 would have done the trick for white, real KO, too, not just TKO. He knew it, too, and backed off. He still won the match, but lost his big chance. Never turn pro, kid.
