@daemonprince13 No he isn't - he lost to Paul in Tekken 3 (Paul defeated Ogre's first form, got overconfident and left). Jin ended up fighting True Ogre much later. Jin already defeated Hwoarang in Tekken 3 as well. He may have lost to Hwoarang in Tekken 5 - but turns into Devil Jin after the fact and cheap shots him.

Some gang issue, everytime Hwoarang's boys lose in fights he was always expected to win, but when he faced Jin, the fight ended up in a draw...so its the first time Hwoarang fought "AND" lost a fight, he competed in Tekken 3 to compete against Jin...but Jin doesn't really care about Hwoarang's defeat, nor does he care about the rivalry issue..
